L'Effet papillon

Small things can have large effects…

By taking care of all the little details in the vineyards, and then in the cellar, we try to bring out the very best in this wine through the butterfly effect (“l’effet papillon”). A true allegory for our terroir, this micro-vintage, which is only produced when the year’s harvest permits, comes from the fruit of old vines…and from passionate winemakers.
