Sixty-year old vines, manual harvest, 12 months of barrel maturation. Intense and complex nose with notes of red berries. On the palate, spicy, peppery hints punctuated by red berries, with a delicate mouthfeel and subtle aromas of licorice.
Lamb shank with figs, Prime rib, Gardianne de taureau (bull stew) and Camargue rice, Daube provençale (beef stew), Duck breast with honey and almonds.
