Manually harvested at optimal maturity, 5/6 months of barrel maturation, then aged in vat. This wine has a complex and intense nose with notes of candied fruit and vanilla, which are also found on the palate.
Excellent length and perfectly mellowed woody notes underscore the balanced, mineral finish.
